In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
QWhat are your terms of payment?
Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery.
QHow do I install the racking system?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also arrange for engineers to guide you free of charge.
QWhat is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference between these two types of racks lies in the uprights. A main rack is the starter unit with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack connects to it using only 1 upright. For instance, for a row of 15 connected wall racks, you would need 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
