What is the standard delivery lead time?
In general, delivery takes place within 15 days. Actual timelines depend on your order volume and specific shelving design requirements.
What are your accepted payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit upon signing the Proforma Invoice (PI), with the remaining balance cleared via T/T prior to shipment.
Can you manufacture racking based on customized customer designs?
Yes, we provide extensive custom manufacturing services tailored to custom sizing, structural specifications, and load capacity requirements.
How are the racks packaged for international shipping?
Shelves are flat-packed using air bubble film and secured in standard export cartons. Customized packaging options, such as wooden crates, are available upon request.
