Ropes, straps, frames and other devices secure mezzanine rack components in transport to avoid movement/collision from vibration, sudden stops or turns. Heavier parts (uprights, beams) use multi-layer reinforcement for stability.

Q2 Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Q3 What is the raw material used for your storage racks?
The raw material brand of our normal temperature warehouse is carbon steel Q235b, and cold storage at minus 18 degrees Celsius or lower temperature adopts Q345D, or other types of steel can be customized according to your needs.
Q4 Do you have an MOQ limitation?
No, we do not have MOQ requirements for most of our products. Normally a 1*20ft container order is recommended to save shipping costs and facilitate easy operation.
Q5 What is your delivery time and accepted terms of payment?
Delivery typically takes 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit, depending on the order quantity and racking types. T/T and L/C payment terms are welcomed.
Q6 How will the racks be installed?
We provide comprehensive installation videos and drawings. If necessary, we can send an engineer to guide the installation or deploy an installation team to execute the job on site.
