Are you a factory or trading company? Where is it located?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers. Our factory is located in Guangzhou.

What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for orders under 500 pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, delivery depends on the quantity—generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days for orders under 332 CBM (9 containers).

What are your terms of payment and trade terms?
Our payment term is a 40% deposit, with the remaining balance cleared by T/T before delivery (Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT are all welcomed). We generally trade under EXW or FOB, and other terms can be negotiated.

What if we encounter problems during installation, or don't have installers?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf, and our engineers can instruct you via phone, FaceTime, or video. For racking mezzanine floor cases or large projects, we can dispatch technical staff or a professional installation team to handle the job.

What is the product warranty and packaging?
We offer a warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years. For packaging, storage racks are generally flat packed with air bubble film, with optional wooden box packaging available based on client requirements.

Can you produce OEM/ODM designs, and what is the difference between main and add-on racks?
Yes, we have rich experience customizing shelves to OEM and ODM requirements. The primary difference between main and add-on racks is the uprights: a main rack starts with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack continues the row with only 1 upright.
