We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and different kinds of display stands since 2001.
QWhat is your typical delivery time?
In general, within 15 days. Delivery schedules also depend on the specific order quantity and shelving design requirements.
QWhat are your standard payment terms?
Payment terms require a 30% deposit upon signing the Proforma Invoice (PI), with the balance cleared by T/T prior to delivery.
QCan you manufacture products according to custom designs?
Sure, we have extensive experience in customizing shelves according to exact customer specifications, sizes, and requirements.
QWhat is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The main difference is the upright structure. A main rack is the starter unit with 2 uprights, whereas an add-on rack is an extension with only 1 upright that connects to the previous unit (e.g., a run of 15 connected wall racks consists of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks).
QHow are the products packaged for shipping?
Shelves are typically flat-packed using air bubble film in standard export cartons. Alternative packing solutions, such as wooden crates, are available upon request.
