To provide an accurate 2D CAD floor plan, 3D render, and component pricing, please submit: (1) Warehouse building CAD drawings indicating column placement, clear height under rafters, and fire egress doors; (2) Pallet dimensions (W × D × H) including product overhang and maximum loaded weight; (3) Existing forklift model, maximum lift mast height, and minimum turning aisle radius; (4) Total SKU profile and target temperature conditions (ambient vs. blast freezer).

Export sea shipments are subject to intense humidity and saline air. Prior to powder application, all Heda structural members undergo automated 4-stage surface pre-treatment (acid pickling, degreasing, and phosphating) to eliminate surface scale and create an anti-corrosion barrier. Components are coated with thermosetting epoxy-polyester powder baked at 180°C–200°C. Finished uprights and beams are bundled with protective multi-layer bubble wrap, edge protectors, and steel strapping over timber dunnage to avoid transit abrasion.
