Mezzanine Floor Racks System is extensively used in the condition of high warehouse, small goods, large quantities and manual access. It can make full use of the space and save warehouse area. It could be designed as single or multiple mezzanine, generally 2-3 layers, according to the actual field and specific requirements. It is specifically used for sorting storage of automotive fittings, electronic device fittings and electronic devices. It could carry less than 1500kg /m². The general ways of transportation from 2nd floor to 3rd floor are: manual, elevating table, hoisting machine, conveyor belt, and forklift truck, etc.

QWhat is your delivery time and terms of payment?
In general, delivery is within 15 days, depending on the order quantity and shelving design. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
QHow do I install the mezzanine racks?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also assign engineers to provide guidance.
QCan you produce racking systems according to customers' designs?
Yes, OEM & ODM are accepted. We have extensive experience in customizing storage racks according to precise warehouse dimensions and load capacities.
QWhat is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference lies in the uprights. A main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is an extension rack with only 1 upright. For instance, if there are 15 wall racks in a row, the setup will consist of 1 main rack + 14 add-on racks.
