Urgo Push Back Pallet Racking combines high-density bulk storage with rapid access by conventional forklift trucks, delivering an ideal engineering solution for warehouses requiring high-efficiency storage for large batches of uniform SKUs.
Engineered in both structural and roll-formed frame configurations, Urgo Push Back Racking systems utilize nesting carts placed on rigid structural steel rails. As pallets are placed onto nesting carts, gravity pushes them along inclined rail channels.
The low-profile nested carts help minimize vertical height requirements, preserving critical vertical clearance. When loading from the front aisle, each newly loaded pallet gently pushes back the previously placed pallet. Upon unloading, removing the front pallet allows rear pallets to seamlessly glide forward to the primary front pick face. This design facilitates an optimized Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) inventory system, accommodating storage configurations from 2 to 5 pallets deep from a single operating aisle.
Compared to conventional Drive-In racking, push-back systems provide superior operating versatility because each lane operates independently. Vertical levels operate separately without lane interference below, allowing multiple SKUs to be accessed and sorted simultaneously.
The structure of the URGO push back pallet rack includes upright frames, beams, support rails, nesting carts, and custom accessories. Upright column and beam dimensions are engineered specifically according to pallet load capacity and facility layout.
Urgo heavy duty pallet racks feature an extensive selection of modular accessories to accommodate operational demands:
URGO provides comprehensive logistical support to safeguard cargo during ocean and land transportation. Uprights are bundled with transparent plastic wrapping, and beams feature protective plastic end clips to prevent surface scratching. Every shipment phase is strictly monitored to assure on-time delivery under full contractual compliance.
