Frequently Asked Questions

How does a push back rack system operate?
Push back racking operates on a Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) inventory rotation principle. Pallets are placed by forklifts onto nested carts riding on inclined rails. When a new pallet is loaded, it pushes the front pallet back, exposing the next cart beneath it. Upon unloading, gravity moves the subsequent pallet forward to the front aisle position.
Can push back racks be utilized in low-temperature cold rooms or freezers?
Yes. Push back rack systems are manufactured using heavy-duty Q235 steel and can be finished with cold-resistant powder coating or hot-dip galvanization, making them highly effective in both normal ambient warehouse temperatures and sub-zero freezer facilities.
What design and layout services do you offer before ordering?
We provide complimentary warehouse CAD layout design services based on your facility dimensions, pallet sizes, forklift models, and storage capacity requirements to ensure optimal space utilization and operational efficiency.
What is the standard production lead time and shipping capacity?
Standard production lead time is approximately 3 weeks for two 40-foot containers. Loading capacities generally range between 15-18 tons for a 20-foot container and 20-25 tons for a 40-foot container depending on configuration.
What installation support is provided after delivery?
Each order includes comprehensive structural engineering drawings, installation blueprints, and step-by-step instructions. On-site technical installation guidance and supervision can also be arranged upon request.
Which international trade terms (Incoterms) do you support?
We accommodate standard global trading terms including EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF to best meet your logistics and freight arrangement preferences.
