Q What is your typical delivery time?
For standard size models with plenty of material in stock, quantities under 500 pcs require only 3-7 days. For customized orders, delivery usually spans 7-15 days, reaching production speeds up to 9 containers (332 CBM) in 15 days.
Q Can the storage racks be customized with OEM/ODM service?
Yes, we specialize in OEM and ODM designs. We can fully customize size, load capacity, layers, and color options according to your operational warehouse storage needs.
Q How do you provide installation support?
We provide detailed installation manuals and diagrams for every shelf model. Remote support through video calls is readily available, and for large racking projects or mezzanine floors, our professional technical team can be deployed to assist on-site.
Q What are the terms of payment and packaging methods?
Payment requires a 40% deposit with the balance cleared via T/T prior to delivery. All racking units are securely flat-packed using air bubble film, with optional wooden crate packaging available upon request.
