Do you supply pallet racking to Southeast Asia and the Middle East?

Yes. We regularly ship racking, shelving and mezzanine systems to Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Asia and the Gulf region. Goods are loaded FCL or LCL from Guangzhou-area ports, and sea transit to major Southeast Asian ports is typically around one to two weeks depending on the route.

How is racking protected against heat and humidity in tropical warehouses?

All steel components go through pickling and phosphating pre-treatment followed by electrostatic powder coating. For cold rooms, coastal sites or very humid facilities, pre-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized options can be specified.

Can your racking be designed for earthquake-prone regions?

Yes. When you share the project location and the local design code, our engineers can include seismic load cases in the structural calculation and adjust upright profiles, bracing, base plates and anchor specifications accordingly.

What information do you need for a free warehouse layout design?

Please provide the floor plan (CAD or PDF), clear building height, pallet or carton dimensions and weight, forklift type and maximum lift height, number of SKUs, daily throughput and whether you need FIFO or LIFO rotation.

What is the typical production lead time?

Lead time depends on tonnage, finish and system type. Standard selective racking orders usually ship within about 15 to 25 working days after drawing confirmation; the exact date is confirmed in the contract.

Do you provide installation support in Asia?

Every project ships with installation drawings, a component list and assembly guidance. Remote video support is available, and on-site installation supervision can be arranged on request.
